Rwanda Journey – Part II

My wife and I will be returning to Rwanda this week as part of her research work. We have created a separate blog where we will be sharing the trip with those who are interested. I hope to get in a little bit of food work, with a visit to a tea plantation in the Northwest and to also visit a friend’s dairy farm. He is trying to maintain the herd using traditional methods but is feeling strong pressure to use more western methods. We hope he can resist and make it sustainable.
