Co-ops as training ground
My friend James Curley reminded me in a response to yesterday’s post that many of the folks who work or have worked in the natural foods business got their start at food co-ops. Fo next week’s post I would like to blend some of my co-op thoughts and experiences with your co-op experiences, as it pertains to forming your involvement in this industry.
